Water is the prism, have you not ever made a rainbow by spraying your water hose into the air? And the arch is always the same just different center locations because all rainbows would be circles if the ground did not get in the way and the angle of the sun determines the center.
Why are the ones in Antarctica low and wide compared to the ones in Canada?
I'm in Canada and all the rainbows I've witnessed here arch high in the sky...never seen one like this like in Antarctica

No it's not. Your water rainbow wont work indoors. Why does it need a mirror indoors and not outdoors.
