Actually, I think I would know a lot more than you about globe earth, space, etc and about geocentric observations....and the holes are in the globe theory. The flat earth is not a theory, it's what you observe when you look at the horizon and do the math. It's really hard to understand that you believe and I observe when you probably rely on space photos and video to justify your certainty. Hard to believe when you believe so hard.
It's scientific method, math, reasoning, logic. But we've all been programmed to look the other way. Plus, if you look online, you see planted content, like "the flat earth" society, a freemason controlled psy op. One of many. Pretty much any "flat earther" you've ever seen are honey potted asset. Why? Because hiding the fact that we are not actually in space is a big fucking deal. Why? Because it means a lot more is past where we think there is an ice island. There's no one to believe except you own ability to think and observe. It takes a serious intellect to study this past your programmed discust in the topic. How do I know? Because i had to do it too.
Just because you supposedly tried and failed to understand "flat earth" concepts, doesn't mean you know what you're talking about. No offense, it's just definition of ignorance. Not in a mean way.
I'm not a flat earther. No one really is. Except the religious zealots that just believe it because the bible said so (Bible is also OG psy op, but that's another theory, one which I cannot prove). I'm an ex glober, like the millions in Brasil, India, Africa... basically everywhere that westernized curriculum cannot dominate.
The solor system and the earth being round didn't enter the US education system until the 1950s. Before that, it was only scholors that constantly argued about it. And the arguments, like Airley's failure have long since been wiped out from public view.
if you want to learn, choose a "flat earth proof" that you don't get and ask me what you're missing.
Also, you should understand that I cannot answer questions that are unknowable. Like what is beyond the ice wall. Or, since the sun is small and local, how does it work. I can disprove their theories about globe and space, but that doesn't mean I somehow know how we got here, where we actually are, etc.
Well, observations can only take you so far. I can observe my immediate surroundings to see that there are no mountains, and could reasonably conclude that mountains must not exist. However, as I explore my surroundings, I will go to other regions and see mountains, waterfalls, all sorts of things.
However, even observations I make don't seem to align with the idea of us living on a flat plane.
The math too is another place where I start to see the glaring holes in the flat earth idea.
Have you observed what is supposedly beyond this ice island (I assume you mean Antarctica)? Or are these pictures and videos?

Observations are all you and I have. You believe people and I don't. I see for myself instead of rely on government to feed me what to think. You think you dont do that when it comes to your "knowing" we are on a globe. But...have you ever even once critically processed why no one has ever been able to prove the Earth is round?
I know, you think they have, but you believe it. You never checked. But ancient Greeks figured out the earth was a globe with sticks and shadows. Nope. That's a hoax that people believe.
start what at Antarctica? Go get a flat earth proof. Just saying Antarctica is too vauge. I don't know what you expect me to do.

I don't know of there is ice. I do know that there is a unbroken treaty between enemies to not allow anyone past the 60th parallel south (without government escorts). The UN protects the penguins despite wars, hardships, and supposed massive reserves of metals and resources. Do you find that wierd? It doesn't prove anything, but it's sus.

You described Antarctica (or what I believe was you describing Antarctica) as an ice wall. I'm wondering what led you (or others) to the conclusion that there even is an ice wall at all.
Sort of correct. I've seen a number of different flat earth models (most commonly one where Antarctica is an ice wall that surrounds the other continents). What I'm not grasping is where that comes from and how that model came to be.
It's a little odd sure! I hadn't heard about there being a massive supply of resources there though. It doesn't really say anything about the shape of the earth though.
Well, I can't prove there is an ice wall. That's just what was report by general Byrd and the group he brought to explore. The measured distance "around" the island was longer than possible. Supposedly. Its not nessesary to understand Antarctica to disprove the globe.
The ice wall could be something. But for sure there is a government line we can't pass or we will be shot.
I would like to see these models. I've only seen one that makes sense.
