Oh, I know what a conspiracy theory is.
I've noticed that in the past 10 years, however, a lot of people seem to think it means weaving a twisted tale based on a whole bunch of pot smoke-induced "what if" supposition and zero actual information pointing towards that theory being valid.
Certain school shootings being state-sponsored terrorism is a valid theory supported by hundreds of different data points pointing that direction, for example.
What data points do we have concerning this milk carton theory?
They rape kids
They have to make what they're doing known or they can face consequences under Universal Law
What else do we have, though? Anything? Anything having to do with the organization behind it or the people involved?
If not, its a garbage theory equivalent to creative writing.

Junk theories detract from the Truth movement and dilute what we're doing here.
Some theories have merit, some don't.
This is like Flat Earth bullshit, used to hurt the Truth movement by association.
