Then how about the Land Of The Rising Sun, materialistic Japan, the new Babylon, post-Berlin?

It was built per the organization of the Fourth Reich OSS/CIA after their defeat to serve some purpose. Why was Japan bolstered by the victors to such an extent? Why are our fav idols from Germany, USA and Japan?

Exactly. We nuke them and in 40 years we built them back up to surpass us in technology. The Hegelian Dialectic at play.
