Dunno. It’s probably innate.
But what I can definitely say is that it does not come from Yahweh and the Bible.

Because there’s nothing moral about Yahweh, that’s why. And, all of the things he said was directed to the Jews only.
Ancient Egypt has an older morality. I think the ancient Greeks are much more responsible for western morality, alongside the ancient Romans. the ancient Chinese have a morality which predates the Bible etc.
Of course, it should be abundantly clear to everyone that the Bible is not the least bit moral in nature. Nor is it spiritual. A book that instructs genocide, infanticide, child abuse, child sacrifice, animal sacrifice et al is not the source of anyone’s morality.
