Mr. Dershowitz is a member of the BAR. His actions on Epstein's Island should land him in some hot water with the BAR, yet it seems to me that he is still in good standing with the news media and even the political class. Will he ever face justice for forcing sex upon an unwilling female, whether he had his underwear on or not? Pull twelve people who've never heard the words "Alan Dershowitz" and let them decide his fate. This isn't rocket science, it's just common sense and justice for innocent youths. If he's guilty then the jury can make that decision. If he's innocent in the eyes of the law, then that would be a fair decision, also.
