The thought dawned on me is that it is just people dumping hazardous waste. Spread it out over a larger area than dumping it into the ground or water. Leave no trace that they were ever there.

The problem is putting it in concentrated form on the plane in the first place.
Mostly because it only happens in your mind. Out here in the real world we your fragile egos can't admit when you are wrong, so you start adding increasingly more ridiculous layers to your nonsense.
