USAID was a CIA front. It was used to launder money, redirecting them for psy ops which enabled the transatlantic technocratic elite to exercise soft power internationally through an elaborate network of NGOs.

It was taken down and if you believe it was done for nefarious purposes you'll have to show receipts. I live in the former soviet bloc and a lot of the funding the NGOs pushing degeneracy here has been cut down. They are scrambling and loosing positions. I consider this a good move regardless of what anyone thinks about the current admin.
