Yes and no.
Did it lead white to think they were capable of integrating...sadly yes.
Who knows how much the "American Dream" propaganda worked on blacks to say away from the drug trade? Unmeasurable.
Ya, there are way worse psyops..... Lots of blacks intergraded, culturally different still, but, there are examples of blacks who "achieved" the same dream as everyone else. Whites are slaves too.
Remember who Gary Webb said created that urban crack-cocaine drug trade?
