It's too early for consequences. If (and it's a huge IF) USAID, as other state entities that financing NGOs will be shut down for real, only then you will notice consequences, and not immidiately, but much later when NGOs will run out of previously provided funds. For now, all that shill factories and MSM are eating existing funds and could easily borrow money backing their loans with future financing.
