a) ...harasses ones mind to seek answers.
b) ...conceals perceivable origin (1) underneath suggested outcome (0), hence cyber/cipher/sifr - "zero"
c) ...bull/bhel - "to blow" aka blows up the temptation to seek aka ones desire to get from another.
Instead of shaping a statement aka trying to affix a state of mind by using questions to steer towards answers...try implication (if/then).
