Maybe that's how it DE works, but this video is false and homosexual. Compare the steadiness of his "pistol" compared to the supposed result. Anyone who's fired long range can tell you that's some bull.
This would be a very difficult video to fake, and the hand motions coincide pretty perfectly to where the burning bits are happening. Not sure what you're talking about.
