Biden doesn't control spending, Congress does. The 750 this rambling weirdo refers to is the max immediate aid that the people got as dictated by law. Anything more than that has to be approved by congress.
Biden never said that he'd pay for 100% of the damages to rich democrat millionaires who lost their homes.
