Well going back to the services. To get old services such as fire protection you will have to pay in the future.
Also home insurance will continue to sky rocket and make home ownership through the conventional FHA program even more expensive because the government requires you to get expensive jew property insurance in order to get the federal reserve fiat banking system subsidized (((loan))). What you will see is less and less FHA loans and property insurance given to Whites, and instead the subsidies all going to "protected classes" aka non-Whites, migrants, illegal aliens, fags, jews, h1b1's, etc.
Home ownership will become so expensive that only corporations will be able to buy up land and build houses in the future. You're already seeing this. Your children will own nothing. Fiat currency is nothing. Planned Obsolescence leaves you with nothing. They will rent their homes from (((corporate America))) aka (((blackrock))) and other jew hedgefunds who get to borrow infinite jew bucks at zero percent while you must pay high usury rates.
Fire service? That will only be a luxury for the rich. Even today, if a fire truck comes out to your property, because of their own insurance risks they usually do not actually "fight" the fire. They just water down the perimeter and prevent it from spreading. Fire fighters will literally just watch a house burn and take no risk in actually extinguishing it.
Good point with the fire department not putting out the fire. It's because a maximum insurance payout (complete loss) is typically a lot less than a RCV (replacement cost value) policy. A rider is typically in most policies regarding complete loss/ maximum payout.
Also, when people have finally had enough and refuse to rent a house or apartment, choosing rather to live in an alternative way, you will see laws enacted that prevent such behavior. It's the primary reason I don't want homelessness getting outlawed. For now it's mostly drug addicts that are homeless, but that will change. It's almost as if they created the drug addiction homeless problem to get people to vote for making homeless illegal and prevent the coming movement. They play a very long game
