My personal conspiracy theory is that the "wailing wall" is just a part of a wall of a large bathroom the Romans built up after they destroyed Jerusalem.
Thus, every time the Jews do their "sexual thrusting prayer" (sorry, don't know what else to call that abomination that they do) they are simulating sex with a pagan Roman bathroom.
This is merely speculation on my part, but I think it fits!
