If so I would say that while the WEF is an unelected power broker meeting, he went there to make deals. Of course he's going to be polite in front of 'new friends', being 'diplomatic' of which he wasn't specific who were the new friends, so maybe klaus, maybe not. Certainly he can bluster about taking over parts of the world if that's what you are referring to, but ultimately I think it's just positioning for later deal making.

He did appoint RFK, who in turn appointed many people himself. Time will tell what effect that has.
There is the tired arguement that everyone had a choice to take the vaccine. The mandates happened under biden. I believe if the vaccines hadn't come out of as quickly as they did, the lockdowns and tyranny would have lasted far longer.
