I'm not saying your point in your reply is wrong, but it's not the original one, and thus not the one that should have been made.
You're right, I didn't have to surrender the mott at all. I could easily disprove your claim and say that your constitution will be made void on demand because it already has been multiple times after 9/11 and during the coof. You have rights until you don't have them because tptb have taken them by force and they don't care about made up rights on a paper - they keep the illusion so that normies and magatards don't get fidgety. Actions speak louder than words.
