doesn't matter what you transmit if the signal cannot break the noise level.

a) Motion transmits (inception towards death) matter (life) as signals to one another by breaking each one apart from one another.

b) Transmission implies level (balance); signals implies odds (choice)

c) Motion implies sound; transmission of sound implies breaking into signal instruments, which only then can make noise among each other by ignoring sound.

In other words...sound generates level; signal (choice) ignoring level (balance) makes noise (imbalance).
