I bet Elon had it parked there for publicity purposes.

Then, it accidentally blew up.

All this stuff that it had a bunch of fireworks and gasoline in the back of the truck is BS.

Also, not releasing the name of the driver, who is deceased, seems suspect. If he is innocent, then they probably want to inform the family first. If he is a suspect, they can release the name.
