I do think its weird that some states want a blood dot.
But I could see the value in saving a cord full of stem cells.
Besides how would you handle aging the clone, what about memories/experience. Even if you could age a clone, think how long it takes a normal human to learn how to do anything. Takes over a year sometimes two, even to learn to talk.

Did you know they sell baby foreskin tissue? Very strange. It's used in many cosmetic products.
For some reason they also want to keep these blood cards for 25 years .. you have to sign off saying NO, if you don't want them to, or they will automatically. I had this issue last month when we had our first baby. Plan was at home... But labored 24 hours on no sleep and ran out of energy.
