Video doesn't talk about the gun, which is not the VP9 that some people say it was. It's a semiauto not set up properly to work with a suppressor. It might not even be a proper suppressor.
You can get a suppressor to work with subsonic ammo. .45 is subsonic, even from a normal pistol.
