Also the road is now paved for the greater Israel project. The "rebel" factions which have taken over Syria can now easily give the excuse for Jewish militias to invade and occupy Syria and even Lebanon. Not sure for how long will this play out or if they will let the various rebel factions kill each other first and destroy Syria further more.
