I still say Elon is Francisco d'Anconia, willing to look really evil so as to help the white hats. Everything still lines up.

If the white hats fail, it's Jesus's turn.

Elon is not looking really evil, as far as conservatives at large and especially plan followers are concerned, Elon is almost a god among men
