Adoption is free in Russia. So there are can't be any "selling".

Cry harder, faggot, this kids now out of reach for you and your kind. Ukrainian organ harvesting factory and child traffiking hub is closing. And there is zero chance a kid will be "adopted" by a "family" of two faggots. Bad news for you, isn't it? :)
