How does these Catholics not follow Christ? I do not think they follow Christ either just so it is said, as no Catholics follow Christ, instead they try to be like Christ. Or put in another way, the Christ Catholics are following, is the Antichrist. So what makes these Catholics different from the "real" Catholics.

Of course not, but that is just Catholicism for you. If you are a Catholic, you follow what the Pope says, he is the one that takes the place of Christ, the Vicar of Christ, which literally means Antichrist.
