Kamala explicitly called to include "hate speech" crimes as qualifying for red flag seizures. In the "Gulag Archipelago" Alexander wrote that the state defined "wrong thinkers" as mental illness and seized their weapons. We were denied this history so that it shall repeat.
The 1st and 2nd amendments protect each other. If you lose either you lose both
