21 is in no way a significant number for a 10 years. And they are definitely not top, widely-known, famous, even politically active (except, may be, that Khodorkovsky pal) persons. They are nobody in political or financial sense. And half of them are state bureaucrats on the positions with high probability of corruption.
Strange that article does not count that doctors from coronahoax times too.

So, people fell out of windows and die in USA too. If you are truly interested, what prevent you from finding all that "fell out of window" accidents across the USA for a decade, finding out who they were, and choosing bureaucrats, state workers, enterpreneurs and CEOs (including ex-) among them? I'm sure you will find of them in this list.
But why you don't want to discuss a conspiracy side of that topic?
OK, Putin killed all that persons. What exactly was the reason for Putin to organize whole extermination operations against them? Why Western MSM circulate that list again and again, like they were very important for somebody or something behind MSM? Why nobody ever heard about them before death? No any political statements from them, no scandals, no rumors, nothing before death. What connects all of them except that articles? Who they were really, if they are so important for Western MSM? Why there are no mention of Navalny, who was open political rival for Putin in that Western MSM list? He was from separate group?
That's really interesting questions, why not discuss them?

How do you know that? There is nothing about who they were in articles. IDK, if it is some cultural difference or whatever, to not mention past and present occupations in reports on accidents in USA. Privacy or whatever. It is up to you to find out who they were.
Also, why do you separate executives and officials from random people? Are they somehow special and it is absolutely impossible for them to suicide themselves falling from window?
This few examples is just what I get from a minute search in Google. Imagine how many you will eventually find if you thoroughly check all US local press and other sources. For decade there will be hundreds if not thousands of those who died falling from window in USA. There is no way there will be no any CEOs, officials or whatever you account as "special" in that list.

You are still denying any conversation about why exactly this nobodies mentioned in this article (and many other) are so important for both Putin (to organize their asassination) and Western press (to circle that list for years). Why are you evading that conversation?

So, if random people fall out of windows from time to time, then there will be executives and officials among them. It is simple statistics. Executives and officials are not protected from being suicidal or suicided. And one of popular form of suicide is falling from window.
Suicide rate is around 45000 a year in US for last decade. https://www.cdc.gov/suicide/facts/data.html If even only 1% is falling from window, then there is 450 persons per year who fell from window in US.
There is no any way there will be no executives and officials in that 450 persons. There are 20M officials in US for 300M population. It is every 15th person. There are 33M businesses in US for 300M. So every 9th person is a head of a business. So, every 6th person in US is either official, either head of a business (if state officials are not allowed to be a businessman). From those 450 per year who fell out of window around 75 people either head of business, either state official.
For decade there will be 750 heads of business or officials who fell out of window in USA. With such statistics, there is no any problem to make a list of 21 person and write an article "White House throwing executives from windows in USA"
And where is in title described difference between executive and random person? Or were is explanation why executive is so special that it can't be suicidal and jump out of the window,?
How do you know than? Check that links I found in a minute, may be some of them was enterpreneurs or bureaucrats. Why you completely denying that probability?

You didn't do anything except copying link. You obviously didn't study local Russian press for accidents and didn't even check who the people from the list really were. But somehow think that you have a right to demand that from me.
