yeah just on this I thought that too. I lived in Medellin for two months in the last year - this time last year actually - and I looked into the factory, even saw this very video.
while Bill Gates is fucked and everything, in this video and according to the official story, they're not being genetically polluted. instead either the male or the female - I forget - is being infected with a bacterial disease that makes them sterile.
the weird thing is that this will never work.
if they manage to release nine times the existing population of these sterile mosquitoes,
-so now only 10% of the existing mosquitoes are able to breed,
so let's say there's only 10% of the population of mosquitoes reproduced in The Next Generation , let's say
then after a couple of generations you are back to a similar population level again.
The "we hate mosquitoes" charade has been going on for many years now.
Gates & co. actually love mosquitoes because they realized they're essentially flying syringes for delivering substances to all the humans who don't gleefully roll up their sleeve.
Also, they never cared about malaria.
Their efforts to 'fight malaria' in Africa were apparently nothing but a cover for testing & perfecting their flying-syringe delivery system on Africans.
