This issue has been going on for years. Some companies are so toxic the labor is a revolving door.
I've had the feeling that the last 6 or 7 years this has been nothing less than data mining, probably from a or several three letter government agencies
HR absolutely datamines. Don't use those clock in apps on your phone. Don't work for a company that self insures. You never want HR to be able to see your medical information.
