You can look up Bertold Paul Wiesner to find out more. The 600 number is likely downplayed since other sources mention 1,000 offspring. Maybe more? Maybe much more?

Pavel Durov apparently has over a hundred. I didn't look if Pavel was Jewish but it wouldn't surprise me because it must be a Jewish thing to father hundreds of children through insemination.
