Not sure why you posted twice about this but, since you insist...
From my point? No. From your point? Yes.
Also, this is a conspiracy theory sub and the timestamp immediately goes to a conspiracy theory. It's also obvious that it's unrelated to the video as a whole, which is just a news report about the Telegram guy.
