I didn't realize the guy from Super Size Me had died. It turns out, that documentary was full of shit. The Fat Head documentary exposed it (and the conspiracy against "unhealthy foods") and even proved you could lose weight by eating fast food (media.scored.co)

Yeah, it opened my eyes up to the food I was eating and to how the government was conspiring to get people ill with their "don't eat meat and load up on carbs, instead" policies.

Didn't I already prove you were stupid?

https://sl.bing.net/RosUs0pp80

how much carbs does a big mac have without the bun

A typical McDonald’s Big Mac without the bun contains approximately:

Total Carbs: 6 to 7 grams

Net Carbs (subtracting fiber): 5 to 6 grams

Fat: 25 to 26 grams

Protein: 18 grams

Calories: Around 330

So, if you’re following a keto diet, a Big Mac without the bun can still fit into your low-carb lifestyle. Just skip the bread and enjoy the rest! 😊

If you have any more questions or need further info, feel free to ask!

You'd have to be retarded if you think that's a lot of carbs, but it's already been proven that you are retarded.

Even if all you did was eat fast food, which no rational person would, you can still achieve reasonable carb consumption.

Here's the food log of the movie where he lost 10lbs in 28 days by eating fast food. The average carbs consumed was 106 WITH NOTHING BUT FAST FOOD.

https://fathead-movie.com/content/MyFoodLog.htm

As you can see, in many cases, he didn't even remove the bun, so you could go even lower if you wanted.

You don't pay me enough to educate you and you wouldn't need to if you had just bothered to read. So fuck off already, you're wrong, get over it.

Let me.get this straight.....

You are going to pay full big Mac prices for a tiny bit of beef.....?

Okay.....do that then lmao.

You cannot say fast food loses weight and mean anything.... It's irrelevant to the common person, the assumption is that the person eats a 'meal' not two tiny patties....

Add in the medium fries, the medium drink, the bun, sauce etc.

The burger has 50g of carbs when sold as is and not modified like a crazy person, the fries and drink adds plenty.

The normal meal is 150g of carbs....

20x your freak example.

Also....the seed oils....flavouring etc...

The salt....
