This opens the doors to any country that signed the WEF's pandemic treaty, to be overruled in a time of a pandemic.

What does this have to do with 15-minute cities? Or Carbon footprint? Or digital currency?
I tend to put it all under a transhumanist/exterminist umbrella, where we're basically being killed and/or phased out
