That the same DOD that mislead Trump how many troops were in Afghanistan? They ignored all his orders and did their best to minimise others. And lets not forget Milley ignored the Chain Of Command (illegal) and contacted China off his own bat (high treason). Hope he calls that fucker back to active duty and puts him before a military tribunal. Obama got rid of a lot of military brass and Trump needs to do the same.

The Intelligence agencies and DOD are part of a Fourth Branch of Government and do what they want so no you can't blame Trump for it. Unless he disbands them all (they are supposed to serve 'at the Presidents pleasure' as he is the only authority over the Executive branch, but somewhere along the line they have set themselves up as the Primary). He needs to completely destroy them and reorganise.

Unless he puts the right people in power to do it they will fuck him again as he likely as no idea what they are doing there unless someone tells him. He needs to completely gut the Federal Government to make it harder for them to continue doing their own agenda.
