What water tower? There's a dead guy on a water tower? That's a pretty bold claim there must be a) a water tower and b) a dead guy on the water tower.

That's got to be easy to back up.

Why would there be a dead guy on the tower when TPTB always make sure everyone thinks the patsy was a "lone nutter"?
