The specific picture im talking about. I guess that does look like a bullet hole, but if he really took a bullet that close to his head, I guess it is a miracle the shooter missed.
You can tell in this picture that he wiped his cheek, so my guess is when he was bent down gravity pulled it down around his cheek.
But like another member pointed out. When they nick their ear during shaving theres almost as much blood. And I concur with that, but its proably because we have high blood pressure haha. I know part of my problem is low platelets as well.
But it is strange how there is virtually no blood on his hair.

High-velocity gunshot wounds of the head produce bursting injuries of the skull due to temporary cavity formation. A missile’s ability to produce a temporary cavity is considered an important component in wound production and degree of destruction especially in high-velocity rifle wounds, e.g. centrefire hunting rifles
