What's the deal with that. Well, you have asians who eat with chopsticks. What's up with those that eat with their bare hands. How about how most people use metal cutlery. Is that bad with maybe some kind of metal residue that you ingest, over the long term, can maybe cause health problems when you get old. Seems like grabbing stuff with your hands you can transmit dirtyness and ingest it. And then what do these people do after they eat, I guess they wash their hands or something. Maybe they don't. That's not good. How about over here, like KFC.. you eat that with your hands and they go finger licking good. Seems like a good way to transmit germs especially if, while you're eating you go grab things like door knobs or cupboard handles. I wonder if they get more sick these people.

I remember the Star Trek episode where they traveled to a planet with residents that had created an immaculate environment for themselves, but their immune systems had become so weak that a small cut would be fatal. Amazing insight there!!!
The best thing we can do for our immune system is to go outside and roll around in the dirt. I ran around barefoot every summer and all summmer on my family farm when I was a kid. I had feet that were like leather sandals and could run full speed across freshly crushed sharp gravel without feeling any discomfort. Maybe that's why I'm so healthy today.
Hang on.. this running around barefoot.. some stuff the other year about people who'd go barefoot, because there's some kind of energy transfer from the earth. Let me check my bookmarks to see if there's something. Damn there's nothing, searching for barefoot. hmm..
Searching bibliotecapleyades for barefoot. Getting stuff. Early stuff I spot.. "the Magician went barefoot." Then I think of that type of guy in the Raiders of the lost ark movie, the priest there with the plate.. "Melchezidek Priest".. he's barefoot. Checking this pic I had in other people's images folder.. where it points to what's going on with that guy. It says "bare foot, as he was standing on holy ground". lol.
Let's keep checking about just going barefoot outside where you feet touch the lawn, right.
Checking those biblio results.. one page had a section saying..
Get Your Feet On the Ground
Even if you live in a dense urban environment, there will be parks and other places where some nature still exists.
Seek out those places and put your bare feet onto the grass, dirt, sand, etc. While you're there with your feet on the ground, do the simple grounding meditation below and walk around for a bit.
This one is so simple that many people totally overlook it, or they prefer to plug in a "grounding pad" and call it a day.
I have nothing against grounding (aka "earthing") devices, but they cannot replace the value of being barefoot on the ground. Swimming in natural bodies of water, walking barefoot on the beach and hiking in natural settings are also good ways to directly, energetically connect to the earth.
If you are hiking in boots, stop often and touch a tree or plant with your bare hands.
Anyways.. I gotta keep moving on. lol. Gotta work later, and get sleep before.
