And when has that ever been a problem for them? They took over Wikileaks in fall of 2016. A third of the global Internet was shut down for hours in order to do it. Where is his access? Where are the documents?
And when, at any point in the last 80 years, has any release of any documents actually led to any social, economic, or governmental change? We get document releases all the time. No one cares. They do nothing about it.
