This is because the earth is stationary. You are describing something that can only happen if the earth stays still and the sky moves.
If the earth was moving we would see different stars every night as it is in a different position in space at every moment.
All the stars rotate in the same direction, people in the south experience moving counter because of their position.
Please educate yourself, the globe religion is falling apart.
