There's an international financial (jewish) elite controlling the global economy and governments through transnational corporations, central banking and one-world-government institutions erected in the wake of WWI and WWII (which were instigated mostly for that same purpose - "all wars are economic in origin").
Biden, as well as other public "career" politicians, were bred, selected and put in office by said elite to serve their interests.
