As a boomer, I agree with this statement. The older of the generation made that exact play. The last few years of us boomers saw it coming but the damage was done. They don't want their eyes open because things are good for them and they don't give 2 little shits about anyone but themselves. There are a few of the older ones that talked to me and taught me what's coming. They didn't buy in either but the vast numbers that bought the lie enslaved the rest of us. We can dig out of it, but it's going to take will and determination. Oh, it it will help to have a lot of those boomers die and get out of the way because they don't vote with the next generation in mind
