I didn't finish it but somewhere in the middle they describe how they'll use puppet leaders to bring down Western governments and the Constitution and I'm just wondering if anybody other than me has read it and noticed it seems to perfectly describe Trump?

I have. It describes the jewish plan for a NWO and the Bolshevik. Pretty much all the things in the Protocols came to pass in the communist regime of USSR. Henry Ford realized that and published the text in his newspaper, popularizing it in the West.
It also describes the coming of the Antichrist who will be jewish and will rule the world out of Israel (after the reconstruction of the Temple). I don't see any parallels with Trump though.
