The only sane position towards any politician is simple: I like them when they do good stuff and I don't like them when they do bad stuff. I'd extend no allegiance whatsoever though because all of them are compromised to some extent, otherwise they wouldn't hold a position like that.
That's why I'm an anarchist. I don't trust any of those fools.
