I am on FileList , I was on MyAnonaMouse and TL. All private trackers are elitists and mods have mental diseases of megalomania and illusions of grandeour. Any sane person would want to share info with everybody but they want to keep it only for themselves and a small community. also these mods and admins are coomers , on FL all of them have profile pictures with naked girls.

all the private trackers have at least 30-40 rules btw. thats just to show how obsessed they are with control.
The reason is the tracking of the torrents by the 3 letter agencies and that copyright mob. They get everything just by downloading and looking at the torrent traffic.
Private trackers are elitist to keep the assholes out.
Terms of entry cause them (3 letter agency types) to lie in order to gain access, which makes any attempt to use the sites data in court, inadmissible.
I get it, they have strict rules, much like any civilised society that wants to keep the riff raff out
