I think it's transparent to those outside the target audience those being disaffected hateful little sheep with no or low self-esteem looking for someone to blame from the paradigm of a victim mentality. Bit it could also be 8200 using "hate speech" to provoke legislation with the aim of limiting speech in America and on the internet. Digital false flag behavior
