b) COOP, verb - "bending, hollowness, or containing, holding"...doing that contradicts ones free WILL of choice.

c) Others tempt ones free WILL of choice to COOP to suggested BILLS...consenting to a bill of exchange permits those suggesting to withdraw payments, hence tempting minds to pay interest on exchanges.
