Normally I’d say yes, but this? No. It would require WWII levels of rationing and restriction of movement. They’re not going to do that unless they’re personally affected (by an attack on US soil directly).
The other wars had attacks on Americans.
I remember the Gulf of Tonkin. And that’s the point.
