July 2, 1909 was when the theft began. the 18th Amendment was passed on that day. I guess stuffing ballot boxes began a few months before then because a lot of Congress Critters voted for its passage. So rigged elections have been around for over a hundred years. Also, I'd hazard a guess that that is when our public education system began dumbing down our kids.
