Stupidity isn't a damn generational thing until it is.
The 'Greatest Generation' rolled their eyes at their farmer fathers because they were simple and not social creatures. They changed that.
The Boomers came next and rolled their eyes at their factory worker fathers because they knew better and were going to college to avoid physical labor altogether.
Their kids enjoyed idle time because Dad was busy working like a mule, unions inflated his salary to pacify discontent with those jobs, and that allowed the next generation or two the entitlements they never even paid into and refuse to do work outside of service/sales.
There are all types of people in every generation. There are age bigots in every generation as well.
Finding fault in others is a great first step towards correction....of one's self.
That self knows it needs correction or it wouldn't find the need to blame an entire prior generation for its lacking.
Crying about daddy and gossiping at the coffee table about a book offer from someone craving blame in place of understanding is hardly a generational step up.
