Police Scotland blacklist of 'hate incidents' people's job prospects
People trying to get jobs working with children or vulnerable adults could find a non-crime hate incident (NCHI) being disclosed to a prospective employer without knowing it even exists.
a) Consenting to suggested information establishes a conflict of reason (love vs hate); such a conflict doesn't exist within perceivable inspiration...unless ignored for suggested information by ones free will of choice.
b) Seeking to employ ones mind (employment) under another diminishes ones potential.
c) IN'CIDENT, adjective - "falling; casual; fortuitous; coming or happening occasionally, or not in the usual course of things, or not according to expectation or in connection with the main design".
In short...consenting to incident (suggestion) tempts one to ignore adapting to main design (perceivable).
b) Blacklist implies boundary (list) of ignorance (black); being implies free to acknowledge...consenting to suggested tempts one to ignore knowledge (perceivable), hence establishing a self imposed boundary of ignorance, while permitting others to bind one with spell-craft.
